参考绕组法直流电流比较仪自校准

摘要:

为提升磁调制式直流电流比较仪的性能,探索低磁势至额定磁势下的比例准确度,提出基于参考绕组法的自校准方法。分析含有参考绕组的DCC结构,通过丈量独立的10组一次绕组与参考绕组和10组一次绕组串联后与二次绕组的差值电流,结合公式推导计算,得到一次绕组相对于参考绕组以及二次绕组的比例实际值和相应误差。丈量结果的相对误差和不确定度都达到10-8量级。采取具有溯源性的传递比较法对自校准结果进行验证,经过与上一级计量机构的丈量结果和不确定度比较,满足JJF 1033-2016《计量尺度考核规范》对丈量结果验证的要求。基于参考绕组的DCC自校准方法具有丈量结果不确定度小和丈量过程简单的优点,满足直流电流比例溯源的要求。


Self-calibration of DC current ratio based on reference winding method

Abstract: In order to improve the performance of DC current comparator (DCC) and explore the ratio accuracy between low magnetic potential to rated magnetic potential, a self-calibration method based on reference winding method was presented. The structure of DCC with reference winding was analyzed; the ratio actual value and corresponding error of primary winding against reference winding and secondary winding were finally obtained by measuring the difference current (the 10 groups of independent primary winding against the reference winding and the 10 groups primary winding in series against the secondary winding) and combining with formula deduction and calculation. The error and uncertainty of measurement results reached 10-8 level. The transfer comparison method characterized by traceability was employed to verify the self-calibration results. It satisfied the requirement for measurement result verification proposed by JJF 1033-2016 Rule for the Examination of Measurement Standards through comparing the measurement results and uncertainties with the higher metrology institution. Self-calibration of DCC based on reference winding method can meet the requirements for DC current ratio traceability, with the advantages of small uncertainty and simple measurement process.
